Job summary

Red King Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager - Technology Operations to lead end-user technology services across a multi-site organisation. This role focuses on TechBar/desticopy delivery, vendor management and incident response.

Office-based with travel to sites as required. Strong governance, stakeholder management and process improvement are essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience delivering IT service desks/desktop support.
Proven ability to manage outsourced/third-party providers.
Strong incident management and problem solving.
Solid asset management knowledge and governance.
Experience improving IT service delivery processes.
Excellent stakeholder communication and organisation.
Desirable: multi-site or international exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of TechBar and desktop support with strong SLA performance.
Manage outsourced providers, set service standards and run reviews.
Own hardware/software asset lifecycle, deployment and license compliance.
Coordinate major incident responses (P1/P2) and communications.
Drive post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
Improve ITSM processes and operational governance.
Produce service performance reports on SLA/tickets/assets.
Support readiness and transition of new tech services.
