Job summary

Widen the Net | B Corp™ is seeking a regional IT Support Manager to lead and develop the IT support and service delivery team across offices. The role is hands-on and regional, covering Windows, Mac and Linux, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, Slack and Confluence.

You will coach seven direct reports, set service quality and ticket ownership standards, and act as a senior hands-on leader for regional sites. The contract is 12 months inside IR35 with a £300 daily rate, five days on site in London.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as IT support manager or IT operations manager.
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, networking and Google Workspace.
• Automation experience using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Willingness to work hands-on, support teammates and take accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop seven direct reports across IT support and service delivery.
• Set clear expectations for IT service, technical quality, ticket ownership, documentation and follow-through.
• Act as a senior hands-on leader for regional offices and oversee mixed OS and tools (Windows, Mac, Linux; Google Workspace; Jira; Okta; Slack; Confluence; JAMF).
• Automation and scripting to improve internal tools using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
