Job summary

Elis is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to provide strong first-line HR support across the UK region. You will work closely with managers and the HR Business Partner to own core HR processes, keep activity on track, spot issues early and reduce escalation.

Based in sites such as Lutterworth, this full-time role covers consistency, coaching, documentation, HR health checks and engagement. You’ll stay up-to-date with UK employment law and help managers build capability through practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee relations in an operational, multi-site environment.
• Confident coaching managers and influencing good people practice.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive in identifying issues and improving ways of working.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible and comfortable working across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR and ER support to managers across the region.
• Coach managers on process, options and next steps to reduce escalations.
• Attend and support formal meetings with accurate documentation.
• Apply HR policies consistently across all sites and drive standard approaches.
• Maintain ER case logs, track trends and deliver simple insights.
• Coordinate core HR training and development with the HRBP.
• Support engagement activities and local communications.
