Job summary

Elis UK is recruiting a Regional HR Advisor to support our South East sites with practical, business‑facing HR guidance across multiple locations including Brixton, Merton and other sites. The role focuses on employee relations, coaching managers, and delivering a consistent employee experience.

You will travel regionally, spend four days per week on-site, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture with opportunities for development within Elis’ international business.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience providing HR advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes.
• Confidence supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across employee relations matters.
• Coach and develop line managers to manage people matters and apply HR policies.
• Attend formal meetings and ensure understanding of policies and legislation.
