• Significant generalist HR experience, including senior HR business partnering and change management.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the regional leadership team, influencing key business and people decisions.
• Leading the delivery of HR strategies across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
• Driving initiatives across talent, employee engagement, performance, reward, organisational capability and change.
• Leading, coaching and developing a regional HR team, creating a collaborative, high-performing function.
• Supporting and challenging senior leaders to build management capability and improve business performance.
• Championing positive employee relations and ensuring complex people challenges are managed effectively.
• Leading change initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working.
• Working closely with the wider HR leadership team to deliver business-wide projects and initiatives.
• Taking ownership of regional HR performance measures, budgets and continuous improvement.
