Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across the region. You will drive people initiatives, support organisational change, develop talent and ensure the people strategy aligns with business objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead change projects and analyse HR data to inform decision-making, while coaching managers and building strong stakeholder relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or senior HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Experience supporting change or transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent development.
• Support high-performance culture and colleague engagement efforts.
• Lead and support people projects, integrations and transformation programmes.
• Implement change management with comms, training and engagement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across region and Group.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights for decisions.
• Coach managers on people matters and leadership effectiveness.
• Support succession planning and organisational design initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and employment law are applied consistently.
• Drive improvements in absence, turnover, and productivity.
• Represent HR at monthly business reviews and liaise with Compliance.
