Kinaxia, a UK logistics group, is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across Norwich and neighbouring sites with regular regional travel. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives, drive organisational change, develop talent and ensure the people strategy aligns with business objectives, while maintaining a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and core processes.
• Experience supporting change, transformation or business improvement.
• Strong commercial awareness with proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Coaching skills to develop management effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
• Strong HR data analytics to influence decisions.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

• Partner with senior leaders to support planning and talent development.

• Lead people projects, integrations and transformation programmes.
• Implement change management including communications and training.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the region and Group.
• Analyze people data to provide insights for decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people matters.
• Support succession planning, design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and employment legislation are applied compliantly.
• Drive continuous improvement in key people metrics (absence, turnover, etc.).
• Represent HR at monthly business reviews and coordinate with Compliance.
