Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders, build a high-performance culture and drive HR projects, policy adherence and data-driven decisions to reduce risk and improve productivity across the Kinaxia Group.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or senior HR advisory.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Experience supporting change or transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and talent development.
• Support development of a high-performance culture where colleagues thrive and reach their potential.
• Lead and support people projects, business integrations and transformation programmes.
• Implement change management initiatives including communications, training and colleague engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and wider Group.
• Analyse people data and trends to provide insights that support business decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters.
• Support succession planning, organisational design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and compliantly.
