Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Norwich (with regular regional travel) is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations and help drive a high-performing, engaged workforce.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and site teams to deliver people initiatives, manage talent development, and ensure alignment of the people strategy with business goals across the region. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and core HR processes.
• Proven experience supporting change, transformation or business improvement programmes.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and talent development.
• Support the development of a high-performance culture that enables colleagues to thrive and achieve their potential.
• Lead and support people projects, business integrations and transformation programmes.
• Implement change management initiatives, including communications, training and colleague engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and wider Group.
• Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters.
• Support succession planning, organisational design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Drive continuous improvement in key people metrics, including absence, turnover, agency usage, engagement and productivity.
• Represent HR at monthly business review meetings and work closely with Compliance to minimise business risk.
