Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations within Rugby and surrounding regions. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive talent development, workforce planning and people initiatives while managing change programmes.

You will work across sites, develop robust people analytics, coach managers and ensure compliant HR practices with a focus on engagement and high performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and core HR processes.
• Proven experience supporting change, transformation or business improvement programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness with proactive solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong coaching skills to develop management effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and locations.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data to influence decisions.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and talent development.
• Support the development of a high-performance culture that enables colleagues to thrive and achieve their potential.
• Lead and support people projects, business integrations and transformation programmes.
• Implement change management initiatives, including communications, training and colleague engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and wider Group.
• Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters.
• Support succession planning, organisational design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Drive continuous improvement in key people metrics, including absence, turnover, agency usage, engagement and productivity.
• Represent HR at monthly business review meetings and work closely with Compliance to minimise business risk.
