Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting, ideally at senior or deputy level.
  • Strong understanding of operational, clinical, and regulatory requirements within hospitals.
  • Financial and commercial awareness, with experience of budgetary oversight.
  • Experience of KPI management and performance improvement.
  • CQC Registered Manager status desirable (or willingness to work towards).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Hospital Manager in delivering safe and high-quality care.
  • Deputise for the Regional Hospital Manager during periods of absence.
  • Play a key role in strategic planning and operational oversight.
  • Ensure continuity of leadership and drive performance.
