Job summary

Motorclean Ltd is seeking a Head of Operations to lead service delivery across a regional portfolio of automotive partners. You will own regional performance across customer service, people, compliance, profitability and new-business mobilisation, working closely with a Director.

You will be visible in the field, trusted by clients and empowered to make decisions that drive day-to-day delivery and long-term growth.

Qualifications

Proven senior leadership experience across multi-site operations.
Track record of improving operational performance and customer outcomes.
Strong coaching and people-management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate data into clear priorities and actions.
Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

Lead service delivery across the region with clear expectations and actionable customer feedback.
Identify underperforming locations and implement practical recovery plans.
Conduct targeted audits to raise operational standards across dealership sites.
Build relationships with dealership leaders through reviews, reporting and proactive communication.
Mobilise new business safely, compliantly and profitably, from risk assessment to launch support.
