Job summary

Reporting to the HR & Operations Director, you will translate business strategy into actionable plans, drive improvements, manage resources, and build a culture of accountability. The role offers a £60,000 salary, car allowance and a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operational leadership or service delivery.
• Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management.
