Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial/Corporate banking is required.
• Leadership experience with ability to coach and manage performance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience providing strategic advice and building long-term client relationships.
• Proven ability to identify and develop complex business propositions ethically.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and ability to apply them to business processes.

• Support team in winning and retaining client relationships to grow income for HSBC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guide strategic direction and launch new products/services.
• Grow the business in a sustainable, compliant manner.
• Retain and expand customer portfolios to increase HSBC income.

• Drive growth by leveraging new sales opportunities.
• Lead, develop, coach and motivate the team for success.
• Review sales processes through to implementation and identify efficiencies.
