Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare is seeking a Funeral Plan Consultant to be the first point of contact for funeral plans, guiding clients through options and handling enquiries with care and compliance.

You'll manage your own diary, arrange visits across your region, build relationships in the local community, and work with branch teams to deliver outstanding service while meeting regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and local communities.
• Good attention to detail to ensure regulatory policies and processes are followed.
• Strong admin and organisational skills to manage your diary and travel for client meetings.
• Comfort with using IT systems and MS Office applications such as Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with expert guidance on funeral plans and help them understand options and services.
• Manage your own diary, arrange calls and face-to-face visits, and follow up on enquiries.
• Keep accurate records in line with policies and regulations, handling documents with discretion.
• Work closely with branch teams to support funeral plan enquiries and admin tasks.
