Securitas Technology UK is seeking a dynamic Fire and Security Regional Account Manager to drive new business and grow existing commercial accounts across the fire and security sector. You will develop strategic account plans, lead proposals, and present solutions to clients.

The successful candidate will build relationships with senior decision-makers, manage multi-site accounts, conduct site surveys, and deliver compliant NSI surveys.

Qualifications

• Professional sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in electronic security industry.
• Deep knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder and Fire.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site accounts.
• Experience with CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales from first contact to close, meeting targets.
• Maximise revenue from existing accounts and pursue new opportunities.
• Develop territory by self-initiated prospecting, cross-sell and referrals.
• Present sales and technical solutions at customer premises or offices.
• Plan accounts and map client needs, and conduct site surveys.
• Prepare surveys and scope of works to NSI and company standards.
• Identify and segment key accounts to grow the portfolio.
