• Experience with complex machinery, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Automation industry.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work reliably in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Become the service subject Matter Expert for customers.
• Perform remote support and diagnostics.
• Manage escalation flow for timely customer follow-up.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance Procedures are correct.
• Identify and forecast spare parts requirements.

Technical Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent experience
