Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive new business in Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire from our Derby depot. You will join the Commercial Waste team, pursuing opportunities to grow Veolia's customer base and convert leads into long-term contracts.

You will need a proven track record in field sales, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a solid command of the sales cycle. This role offers a competitive package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in New Business field sales and/or commercial activities.
• Excellent knowledge of the sales cycle with networking and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
• IT literate and able to use common business software tools.

Responsibilities

• Base at Derby depot, covering Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire, driving new business within Commercial Waste.
• Work within Veolia's industry-leading waste services to convert opportunities into sales and manage existing accounts.
