Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Field-Based Business Development Executive for Reading & Bracknell. You will join the Regional UK and Ireland team, driving growth by acquiring restaurant partners, onboarding them efficiently, and building lasting local relationships across the region.

The role requires strong negotiation, autonomy, and a mobility mindset, with travel across the region and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition by mapping, prospecting, pitching, and closing high-value partners.
• Execute strategic business development through visits, emails, calls and social platforms to demonstrate Deliveroo’s value.
• Own the commercial onboarding journey to ensure fast, efficient onboarding for new partners.
• Structure high-impact partnerships by negotiating terms that create win-win outcomes for restaurants and Deliveroo.
• Act as a local territory expert by researching the regional dining scene and identifying key brands customers crave.
