Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Manager to lead facilities management operations across multiple contracts in the UK. You will drive client relationships, oversee budgets, SLAs and service standards while ensuring a safe working environment for colleagues and partners.

You will recruit, train and retain an effective team, deliver hands-on support, and report on performance metrics. A strong focus on health & safety and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management leadership and client relationship management.
• Ability to manage budgets, MI reporting and service standards.
• Proven track record in delivering health and safety compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct performance and behaviours across the Operations function while ensuring budget compliance and value for money.
• Interact with Directors and stakeholders; support and deputise for the National Account Manager when required.
• Monitor and manage SLAs, deliver tasks on time for end users, and oversee invoicing and budgets.
