Kier Group, based at Marriott House Rushden, invites applications for a Regional Facilities Manager role overseeing Hard and Soft FM across the region. The role focuses on service delivery, team development and maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will manage PPM and Reactive maintenance, budgets and reporting, while building strong supplier relationships and promoting wellbeing and inclusive practices.

Formación

• Proven FM operational management experience in similar environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Health and Safety qualification (CITB SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH) is required.
• Organised with ability to prioritise and deliver results.
• Experience in managing pre-planned maintenance and reactive maintenance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services across the region.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, contractor and supplier teams to resolve issues.
• Manage budgets and provide robust quarterly forecasting and P&L explanations.
• Lead reporting and maintain strong client relationships across the properties in the region.
