Zusammenfassung

Kier Group is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator based in Manchester or Leeds with weekly travel to sites in the Northern region. The role covers both Hard and Soft Facilities Management across the corporate estate and requires 40 hours per week (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday).

We value proactive, flexible individuals with strong communication skills and experience in maintenance planning and compliance. Travel within the Northern region is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifikationen

• Operational experience in Facilities Management (Hard and Soft services).
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Experience with pre-planned maintenance processes and compliance requirements.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and takes initiative with a flexible approach.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services across the regional portfolio.
• Help manage and ensure compliance with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with construction, contractor and supplier teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Support Health, Safety, Environmental and legislative compliance across all sites.
• Process purchase orders, payments and invoices while supporting financial reporting.
