Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across the Rushden region, based at Marriott House, Rushden. The role includes budget responsibility, PPM and reactive maintenance supervision, and strong client liaison.

You will oversee delivery, ensure safety standards, and drive continuous improvements while supporting team development and a high standard of service for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• FM (Hard/Soft) Operational Management experience in similar environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Health and Safety Qualification (CITB SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Enthusiastic, takes initiative, organized with the ability to judge priorities and achieve results.
• Experience in managing pre-planned maintenance processes and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective delivery and overall responsibility of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services across the region.
• Managing and ensuring compliance with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance requirements.
• Delivering effective day to day management and liaison with construction, contractor and supplier teams to resolve operational issues.
• Managing delegated budgets, delivering robust forecasting for quarterly reviews and explaining P&L's across the portfolio.
• Leading on reporting and management across the properties within the region whilst maintaining strong client relationships.

We're looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join our team based in Marriott House Rushden.

Location: Marriott House, Rushden
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

What will you be responsible for?

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering quality and efficient service delivery across the region. Your day to day will include:
