Job summary

Guinness Partnership is seeking a Regional Estate Services Manager to lead teams across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire in a full-time, permanent role. You will drive performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver high-quality, resident-focused services across a diverse portfolio.

The role requires CIH Level 4 and IOSH certification, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to manage resources and change across a large region. This is a 35-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of geographically dispersed teams in a customer-facing context.
• Strong health and safety knowledge with a focus on compliance.
• Experience using KPIs and resident feedback to drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional estate services across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
• Ensure safe, compliant and resident-focused estate services.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities to improve services and efficiency.
• Direct resources and manage performance against KPIs and standards.
• Engage stakeholders and foster continuous service improvement.
