Job summary

RDCP Care Limited is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead and develop our care homes across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Burton-on-Trent. You will work with Home Managers to strengthen clinical practice, safety and service development, ensuring exceptional outcomes for residents.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted NMC PIN, senior leadership experience, and strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory standards. A full UK driving licence for regional travel is essential.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in care settings.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting quality improvement and service development.
Excellent understanding of adult social care legislation.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, mentoring and professional support to Home Managers.
Support homes to achieve high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement quality improvement plans and monitor progress.
Carry out clinical and quality audits to identify improvement opportunities.
Support managers with clinical governance, nursing practice and wellbeing.
Facilitate clinical supervision and support nurse revalidation.
Assist safeguarding investigations and promote best practice outcomes.
Help maximise occupancy by promoting a welcoming service and strong relationships.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement.
