Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Regional Estates Supervisor to manage a portfolio of adult and children services within the region, working with the Regional Director to deliver best-in-class environments and support frontline staff. You will escalate estates issues and ensure safe, compliant environments across sites.

The role is remote but requires travel to services around the Exeter area. A valid UK driving license and car are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management within healthcare settings.
• Strong facilities management background and ability to oversee multiple sites.
• Driver with a valid UK license and access to a car.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervisory support to Maintenance Technicians in the region.
• Oversee the Infraspeak system to approve and update works orders.
• Supervise and report on works orders and planned works under the Group Head of Estates.
• Provide escalation route for estates issues when required.
• Manage general building repairs and maintenance within budgets.
• Assist in executing estates capex plans and budgeting.
