John Shepherd Group in Nottingham is seeking a Regional Team Leader to oversee a defined property management region and lead a team of Property Relationship Managers. The role focuses on driving service delivery, maintaining compliance, and delivering a high standard of tenancy lifecycle activity.

You will manage arrears and deposit-related processes, liaise with landlords and tenants, and collaborate with contractors to ensure proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a regional/property management team
• Strong knowledge of property management processes, compliance and inspections
• Commercial awareness with KPIs, budgets and upselling services
• Confident handling arrears, complaints and deposit disputes
• Proven relationship management with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented with experience using property systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your regional team of Property Relationship Managers
• Drive performance through KPIs, budgets and service delivery
• Oversee inspections, inventories and tenancy lifecycle activities
• Manage arrears, deposits and TDS claims
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams for responsive maintenance
• Monitor compliance, complaints, contractor performance, voids and refurbishments
