Job summary

Comton Group is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to lead and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety standards across the region. You'll provide expert advice to site management and employees, ensuring our EHS Model is effectively implemented and the working environment remains safe and compliant.

You will drive risk control, audits, incident investigations and EHS training programmes, coach leaders, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Environmental, Health & Safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of the EHS Model across the region.
• Promote proactive safety culture with site leadership.
• Identify and control workplace hazards and emerging risks.
• Develop and implement an EHS audit programme.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver EHS training and coach managers.
• Support ESG agenda through EHS activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and governance.
