Job summary

Rotork seeks a Regional Head of Health, Safety and Environmental for the EMEA region to partner with leadership, drive the global HSE strategy and manage critical risk controls.

You will support operations across multiple sites, lead audits and investigations, and mentor local HSE teams to enhance governance and performance. This role offers senior leadership access and a truly international remit with up to 30% travel across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' HSE experience in complex multinational environments.
• Strong experience in critical risk management and process safety.
• Proven ability to engage senior leadership and drive governance and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional HSE partner to leadership and operations across EMEA.
• Provide expert guidance on critical risks and control management.
• Lead audits, risk reviews and incident investigations across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, trends and assurance findings.
• Coach and mentor HSE professionals and site leaders to build capability.
• Interface with regulators, customers and external stakeholders as needed.
