Job summary

Irwin & Colton Limited is seeking a Regional Head of Health, Safety and Environmental for the EMEA region. The role partners with leaders, regions and operations to implement the global HSE strategy and govern risk management at scale.

You will lead critical risk management, process safety and assurance activities, coach site leaders, and contribute to governance and board reporting, with up to 30% travel and a broad remit across safety, environment and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HSE experience in complex, multinational environments
• Strong experience in critical risk management and process safety
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent with ISO management systems knowledge
• Excellent business partnering, influencing and coaching skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA

Responsibilities

• Act as regional HSE partner to leadership teams, sites and operations across EMEA
• Provide guidance on critical risks, process safety and critical control management
• Drive risk reduction through hierarchy of controls and governance processes
• Support audits, assurance activities and incident investigations across EMEA
• Coach and mentor local HSE professionals and leaders
• Contribute to HSE governance, reporting and board communications
