Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Regional Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS performance across multiple UK data centre locations. You will act as a trusted advisor to operations, projects, contractors and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and corporate standards while promoting best practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) role with regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven history advising or managing Health, Safety and Environmental functions across multiple sites/locations.
• Experience engaging with UK regulators (HSE, Environment Agency).
• Experience leading audits, inspections and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous improvement in EHS Management to protect employees and minimise environmental impact.
• Provide competent-person guidance under Regulations and deliver EHS advisory services, assessments, inspections and audits.
• Maintain EHS systems, processes and documentation to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Be point of contact for external bodies (HSE, EA) and clients/representatives.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and safety programs.
