Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead the regional EHS organisation across the UK, France and Spain. You will drive safety performance across multi-site, high-risk projects from civil works to commissioning, balancing operational delivery with rigorous risk controls.

You will shape a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead audits and investigations while working closely with regional leaders to embed standardised EHS practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Significant EHS leadership experience in a complex industrial/engineering environment.
• Experience leading multi-country EHS programmes across sites.
• Strong knowledge of core health and safety programmes (Lockout/Tagout, confined space, electrical safety).
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop the regional EHS organisation to support multi-country projects.
• Partner with Regional Operational Leader to drive EHS performance and culture.
• Implement GE Vernova EHS standards and regulatory requirements across sites.
• Define safe work expectations across multi-contractor environments, from civil works to commissioning.
• Lead alignment on safe execution of commissioning activities in high-energy environments.
• Support field teams in real-time risk management under schedule pressure.
• Coordinate incident investigations and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Drive EHS training and capability development across the region.
