Responsabilités

• Achieve regional sales revenue targets by developing and implementing an effective, bespoke regional strategy.
• Lead the KAM, BDM and PAS teams to deliver results.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in NHS and private accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on NHS and private market partnerships to gain competitive advantage.
• Recruit, deploy and redeploy staff across the geographical area.
• Collaborate with UK Head of Sales on local strategies.
• Own the account management process for key accounts, coordinating activities and resources.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns across the portfolio.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning and funnel management.
• Coach and drive accountability of the commercial team to deliver on KPIs.
• Talent management and succession planning for the team.
