Job summary

Barchester is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support a region and drive occupancy across our care homes. You will work with a strong management team to optimise sales and marketing performance and engage with local communities to generate enquiries.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis capability, and a proactive, professional approach to managing all sales activity within the home.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and professional in communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and residents’ families.
• Network within the local community to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and drive conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester professionally and manage all sales activity for the home.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

NEED TO DO:

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
