Job summary

Barchester Healthcare recruits a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions in Bedlington. You will support the region to increase occupancy and work with an exceptional management team to promote first-class care homes in the region.

The role offers competitive salary with commission and a car allowance, with opportunities to develop within a highly supportive team and network with the local community to generate enquiries and tours of our homes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
• Maintaining relationships with potential residents and their families to understand needs

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
