Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. You will support the region to increase occupancy by converting enquiries, delivering an exceptional resident experience and building strong links within the local community.

You will work with an experienced management team to drive sales activity, analyse CRM data (Salesforce or similar) and represent Barchester in a friendly, professional manner during calls, tours and

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
