Job summary

Barchester is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager for the Cambridge region. You will drive occupancy by converting enquiries, building relationships with prospective residents, relatives and local partners, and supporting marketing activities.

We seek a professional with sales/marketing acumen, CRM experience, and a proactive, data-driven approach. The role offers a competitive commission, a supportive team, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience analysing data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to prospective residents by phone and conduct welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads.
• Maintain a contacts database.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
