Job summary

Lomond Group is seeking a Systems Trainer to deliver and maintain training programmes across multiple locations in the North of England. You will design induction and role-specific learning paths for the CRM systems, and run engaging sessions to build confidence among lettings and sales teams.

You'll develop deep expertise in Reapit lettings and sales functionality and MRI Engage, support onboarding for acquisitions, and use audits to close knowledge gaps while upholding compliance and policies

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Reapit lettings and sales functionality.
• At least three years' experience within lettings or estate agency.
• Experience designing and delivering effective training programmes.
• The ability to communicate confidently with users of varying system knowledge and experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage a regional training schedule.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain training programmes for CRM systems, including induction and role‑specific learning pathways.
• Deliver engaging training sessions that help new and existing colleagues become confident system users.
• Build and maintain expert knowledge of Reapit lettings and sales functionality and MRI Engage.
• Support colleagues joining Lomond through acquisition, ensuring they receive the training and guidance needed to transition successfully.
• Use audit findings and compliance outcomes to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve system usage and reduce risk.
• Partner with training colleagues across the group to share best practice and continuously improve learning materials.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor learning activity across the region.
• Ensure training content remains aligned with relevant legislation, regulation and internal policies.
