Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to drive the design, development and delivery of training across the business. You will work with the Head of Learning and Development to ensure programmes meet performance needs, using blended learning and our LMS to engage colleagues in sales and customer experience improvements.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 2 years in a similar Learning & Development position.
• Experience with designing and delivering training programmes, preferably blended learning.
• Proven ability to improve sales performance and customer experience through training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes within Just Mortgages.
• Facilitate and improve colleague performance in sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate and deliver Training Programmes to meet compliance and legislative needs.
• Utilise LMS to create engaging and relevant training events.
• Collaborate with management to perform Development Needs Analyses for teams.
