Lomond Group is seeking a Systems Trainer to design and deliver CRM training across multiple UK locations. You will build induction paths, create role-specific learning, and maintain expert knowledge of Reapit lettings, sales, and MRI Engage.

You’ll partner with Ops and regional teams to ensure consistency, improve system usage, and reduce risk. Regional travel and a commitment to compliant, up-to-date training are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Reapit lettings and sales functionality.
• At least three years' experience within lettings or estate agency.
• Experience designing and delivering effective training programmes.
• Ability to communicate confidently with users of varying system knowledge and experience.
• Strong organisational skills to plan and manage a regional training schedule.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain training programmes for CRM systems, including induction and role-specific learning pathways.
• Deliver engaging training sessions that help new and existing colleagues become confident system users.
• Build and maintain expert knowledge of Reapit lettings and sales functionality and MRI Engage.
• Support colleagues joining Lomond through acquisition, ensuring they receive the training and guidance needed to transition successfully.
• Use audit findings and compliance outcomes to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve system usage and reduce risk.
• Partner with training colleagues across the group to share best practice and continuously improve learning materials.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor learning activity across the region.
