Job summary

Home Group is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator based in London or Reading. You will help keep plans on track across housing, repairs, assets and development, supporting senior leaders with trusted information and turning discussions into progress.

This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role with at least 2 days in the office. You will monitor risks, produce performance insights, and build relationships to deliver outcomes for customers.

Join our Regional Operations team and be the person who keeps everything connected. Working across housing, repairs, asset management and development, you'll help keep plans on track, priorities clear and teams working together effectively.

Supporting senior leaders with trusted information, you’ll coordinate important actions and help turn plans into progress.

You have
  • Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams, priorities and workstreams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, keeping plans and actions on track.
  • Confidence producing reports and using data to identify risks and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, building positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and driving progress in a changing environment.

The practical bits
  • Working Monday to Friday, You'll be based at our London or Reading office.
  • Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
  • This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days in the office
