Job summary
MEP Hire is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across London, the Home Counties and Luton, focusing on mechanical, electrical, commercial fit-out trades. You will identify opportunities, win major accounts, and build lasting relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key subcontractors.

Qualifications
- Strong track record in business development within construction/hire/MEP sectors.
- Proven ability to win major accounts and convert prospects into revenue.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business activity across London, the Home Counties and Luton, focusing on MEP Hire projects.
- Identify, target and develop opportunities across major construction projects and Tier 1 contractors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers and project teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert them into profitable new business.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to set targets and track progress.
- Ensure visibility of activity via CRM and understand product applications.
