Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Now RDCP Care is seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our leadership team. You will support Home Managers across Nottingham, Derbyshire and Staffordshire to deliver high‑quality care, maintain clinical governance and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll mentor managers, lead audits, support safeguarding, and work with the Senior Leadership Team to maximise occupancy and ensure regulatory standards are met. A full UK driving licence is required to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting quality improvement and service development.
• A full UK driving licence due to regular travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring and professional support to Home Managers.
• Support homes to achieve and maintain high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Work with managers to develop and implement quality improvement plans, monitoring progress and celebrating success.
• Carry out clinical and quality audits, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for residents.
• Support managers with clinical governance, nursing practice and compliance, performance management and wellbeing.
• Facilitate safeguarding investigations and learning to ensure best practice and positive outcomes.
• Build relationships with residents, relatives and external stakeholders; promote a welcoming service.
