Leaders in Care is recruiting a clinical Regional Director to lead a portfolio of 7 care homes in the West Midlands. You will coach and develop Home Managers, uphold CQC standards, governance and quality improvements while driving commercial performance.

The role requires a nursing qualification with current NMC registration and at least two years of multi-site operational leadership experience.

Qualificações

• A nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
• At least two years' experience at operational regional or area leadership level overseeing multiple care homes.
• Proven track record coaching Home Managers to run compliant services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and quality assurance.
• Experience supporting homes through inspections and delivering sustained quality improvements.
• Understanding of occupancy, financial performance and care home operational KPIs.
• Confidence to challenge underperformance while maintaining a supportive leadership style.

Responsabilidades

• Take operational responsibility for a portfolio of 7 homes and improve quality, governance, leadership and commercial performance.
• Develop capable, accountable Home Managers who feel supported, supervised and constructively challenged to deliver excellent outcomes.
• Build stability across the Registered Manager team and provide hands-on leadership, coaching and support.
• Drive quality improvement and maintain strong CQC standards.
• Support homes through CQC and Local Authority inspections.
• Review operational performance, KPIs, occupancy and financial results.
• Create strong operational foundations as the organisation grows.
