Job summary

RDCP Care Limited is seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our leadership team. You will support Home Managers to deliver safe, person-centred care, guide quality improvement and uphold clinical governance across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Burton-on-Trent.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted NMC PIN.
• Leadership experience and knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Experience supporting quality improvement and service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring and professional support to Home Managers.
• Support homes to achieve high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans and monitor progress.
