Helping Hands Home Care is seeking an Area Care Manager to lead care delivery across multiple branches in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, and South Yorkshire. You will support branch leaders, ensure quality care, and maintain excellent customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership across several sites, deep knowledge of CQC/CIW standards, and the ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced homecare environment. A competitive package accompanies growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience leading multiple branches in care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC/CIW regulations and quality frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence and lead large, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with warmth and clarity, building relationships and upholding Helping Hands values.
• Coach Branch Care Managers and drive quality and growth across branches.
• Oversee performance across branches and Live-in services with reporting and improvements.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Audit compliance across the area and act quickly to implement improvements.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Head of Operations.
