Job summary

CCH Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee Hertfordshire services, driving operational performance, quality and growth. You will work with Branch Managers and senior leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, contracted obligations and high standards of care across the region.

Qualifications

• Senior operational or regional management experience in health and social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Track record of coaching and developing managers to achieve targets.
• Experience managing budgets and monitoring performance.
• Commercial awareness with growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements.
• Proactive, resilient, and well-organised with ability to prioritise across multiple services.
• Passion for person-centred care and improving outcomes.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for Hertfordshire travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support Branch Managers to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Monitor regional KPIs, identify risks and implement action plans.
• Identify opportunities to develop services and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee budgets, cost control and resource use while maintaining quality of care.
• Develop leadership capability and workforce planning across the region.
