Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams across multiple homes or sites.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
• Experience delivering service improvement and staff induction.

Responsibilities

• Support homes in the North West to achieve quality care targets.
• Lead, direct and supervise regional staff and managers.
• Implement service improvement plans and training.
• Ensure regional budgets are managed and safety standards met.
• Deputise for Regional Manager in their absence.
