Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking a Clinical Regional Manager – Care Homes for the Devon region. Circa market rate with mileage and a £5k car allowance. An NMC pin is required, with a minimum of 3 years regional/multi-site experience.

The role focuses on delivering business and quality targets, line managing care home managers, and sustaining high standards of resident care. The company values care, dignity, and respect, offering a supportive family-run culture with progression opportunities.

Formación

• Ideally RGN/RMN/RNLD or NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
• Broad experience of managing multiple care homes.
• Experience at a regional or multi-site management level.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver business and quality targets for a portfolio of care homes.
• Provide direct line management to Care Home managers and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationship management with key external stakeholders.
• Support Company Directors in the delivery of strategic objectives.
