Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee the management, quality assurance and development of nursing and residential homes across Kent. The role requires strong CQC awareness, travel across the region and a proven track record of turning around underperforming settings.

Experience in managing multiple sites, delivering improvements and supporting Home Managers is essential. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required to meet regional responsibilities.

Formación

• Proven multi-site care home management experience.
• Demonstrable turnaround experience in services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and inspections.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Kent.
• Driving license is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee management, quality assurance, compliance and development of nursing and residential homes.
• Manage homes across Kent and ensure high standards aligned with CQC.
• Drive improvements, monitor performance and support Home Managers.
